Decreases in official fees for
obtaining and maintaining a patent
& a trademark under consideration
The Japan Patent Office has decided to decrease official
fees for obtaining and maintaining a patent and a trademark.
The revision of the official fees will be enforced in
June, 2008, if the revision passes the Diet this year.
If you have any plans to file patent and trademark applications,
